HP Pavilion All-in-One - 27-xa0029c
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a faulty pavilion all in one 27-xa0029 withe a dimaster motherboard said 84EE 

also I have a working  pavilion all in one 27-xa0009 with the same motherboard

the question is if I can swap the cpu

The heat sinks should be the same, but you may want to use the same heat sink for the processor you are transferring.

When you look at the processor upgrade specs for both motherboards (which are the same), they support the same processors, so you should be fine with doing that.
