Alright so we have a HP a6550d home pc running windows vista sp2, bought somewhere from 2008. So the thing is, this pc has not been used september of 2022, back in 2020 we used it for a short time for online schooling and work, after we got another pc, we never used it, until like 2 years later. The last time i used it there were no signs of damage on the system and as i remember the fan was perfectly fine and loud as usual. Until i fired it up just now, i got the right cables and booted it up as usual, but... the screen said System fan has failed. Service PC to prevent damage to the system. Press F2 to continue Also the fans were so silent i could hear them running at one point but now its just silent again. By clicking F2 it gave me some options but i quickly turned off the pc because im worried i might screw things up. The PC is full of my old homeworks and stuffs, including photos when i was just a toddler. So please help me this pc is full of valuable stuff.
