Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hey Guys, I need some help regarding system information of my Desktop and some information regarding upgrading my PC. I have so many question regarding upgrade so I will write them in No., but firstly major problem I am facing is:-

  • My Desktop ( p6703in ) [ INA119Z5XC ] unable to identify system information like Product Name, Number,  SKU etc. in HP Support Assistant as well as BIOS. Due to this I didn't getting updates. I tried writing them in BIOS by reading an article on HP community but the problem doesn't solved. Reason behind it isn't solve is that the is no"Security" option in BIOS, instead System IDs are located on the first page which is further unable to edit.  Also HP logo is also missing when PC Boots up. Can anyone help regarding this issue.

Please someone help regarding this issue.
