Hi

Sorry, I was away
This type of message, does not mean much..
It's happened to me before, without having a hardware problem.
the system just signals that it has restarted, but does not specify why most of the time
The diagnostic system helps, but is not infallible, there may be a problem, but it will not have done a test on this side..
What you can check if possible
leave only the minimum, remove the connected peripherals leave just keyboard mouse, screen
you have 12 gb, try with one then the other module
see at the back of the tower, there must be a light on the power supply, check if it is well lit in operation, and if it flashes, the computer restarts, it could be the power supply box

check if whocrashed tells you something
