Hi, my friend ask me to reinstal system in his old hp desktop computer.
Unfortunatelly when I try to do it computer displays red screen and fbi error.

Feature Byte in Bios is correct so I went with second way.
Instruction is quite clear
Follow these steps to insert a clean HP image to the Windows partition.
Insert a clean HP image.
Contact HP Customer Support to order a clean image.
But I can't order that 😡 When I go to support site it ask me for computer's serial number and when I type it there is an information that the warranty is over. And nothing else - no support emails, phone numbers etc.
Have you any ideas how can I fix it without no possibility of contact with hp?
