Hello,

I uninstalled several games from my computer and restarted. When the computer came back on it went to a blue screen showing troubleshoot or turn off.

Ive tried system recovery multiple times and Ive tried to access my hardrive where the backup info is. Nothings working.

Im just getting annoyed now and would appreciate any help. Thank you!

Greetings,

Welcome to the forum.

I am not a HP employee.

It is very hard to troubleshoot PC problems in a forum.

It is even harder to help without a HP product number (Link to finding your product number) and the operating system you are using.

Don't post your serial number in the forum.

Removing games should not cause a blue screen.

By the way, do you see any specific blue screen error messages? The messages may provide troubleshooting assistance.

Regards
