System won't boot

HP Recommended

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP260-a010 will not boot at all..... All recovery procedures tried ... I need a Windows 10 recovery disc......

If the PC passes the hardware tests in the BIOS, (F2)

 

You can get your PC working again by making bootable Windows 10 installation media using the media creation tool at the link below.

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your PC's support page.
