Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

My computer crashed while my son was using it. Ive tried resetting completely but soon found out that the OS had been deleted, or is no longer working. I followed the instructions on this link (see below) and found that my Intel Optane is not listed. Im not sure where to go from here and customer service is not accepting calls right now during these times. If anyone could point me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it. I need this computer so my son can do his schoolwork from home. Im thinking that ill just need to reinstall Windows through a USB thumb drive but not exactly sure how.

Thank you,
