I have a T740 Thin Client that will not accept an image from a HPDM server. Investigation reveals that the BIOS information is not being updated to the HPDM server and the write filter is locked in a disabled state and asks for a license. This is 1 of many thin clients, but is the only one with the issue. I have tried to perform an image update, but it fails with an error "unable to determine write filter state". When trying to change the write filter state, a window pops up stating "No valid license found" and gives me options to purchase, extend trial and select license file, as the network is isolated from the internet the links associated with the options don't resolve and manually entering them into an internet connected computer returns "The page you are looking for was either not found or does not exist". The BIOS and OS are the latest versions. Does anyone know how to resolve the Write Filter invalid license issue?
