There is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO much confusion with regards to the PSU's for these PC's.  I need a new unit as my old one is causing "unexpected restart" scenarios.  Which PSU do I actually need?

Well, two things first:  what actual model HP Pavilion TG01-xxxx do you have, and are you planning on installing/powering a graphics card, and if so, what graphics card?

It's an HP Pav Gaming tgo1-1509p DT.  I plan to install it myself to fix the "the previous system shutdown was unexpected" BSODing.  No graphics card or anything, just need to keep it from crashing.

According to the specs, your HP Pavilion Gaming - TG01-1509p (13Z65AA) is powered by a 310-watt power supply with p/n: L64961-800 "Power Supply - GNRC PSU 310W Sirius2 ENT19 Full Range" or equivalent power supply with p/n: L63964-004, 901772-003, 901772-004, 937516-004.
