Hello! I've had this problem before, too. Do CTRL+SHIFT+ESCAPE keys, to open Task Manager. Then, do CTRL+F keys, to open the search bar. Start typing "Explorer" in, until you see "Windows Explorer". Right click on it, and press restart. That will restart File Explorer. If you don't see "Windows Explorer", then in Task Manager, you can press "Run New Task", type "explorer.exe", and select "Create this task with Administrative Privileges" and hit enter.
