Product: HP Pavilion 24-xa All-in-One Desktop PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am trying to find a phone number of e-mail address to contact HP Tech Support however it seems impossible to do this without entering the product name or number and your location. I have tried to do this numerous times and whenever i select UK as the country it gets stuck and repeatedly asks me which country I am in so I am unable to progress any further. 

 

The irritating thing is I only want to contact tech support to find out the price for their out of warranty PC support as the only price given online is for Printer support. 

 

I am trying to arrange remote support for my Mum's PC as I have run out of ideas on how to fix it myself. I would prefer to use HP however if I can't find a number or email address to even ask them about prices I will have to go elsewhere. 

 

Any suggestions on how to contact them would be appreciated.

Unless I'm mistaken, there is no more out-of-warranty support, I haven't checked for your country
In general the support is possible before the computer is no longer supported, the duration may depend on the original warranty.
Sorry, it's not always clear, check if maybe this has changed

Did you explain here, what is the problem, the model of the computer, etc.
