HP Recommended

Hello, I called HP Tech support yesterday. The gentleman who helped me had trouble figuring out what the problem was with my printer. After troubleshooting I was informed I had to pay $300. dollars. They had control of my laptop. When I informed them I did noy have $300, dollars  they completely wiped out my laptop! I don't know what virus they put in it because I didn't have $300, dollars. Is there anyone I can complain to? HP tech support purposely put a virus in my computer because I did not pay them $300. dollars. Is there anything I can do? My laptop is ruined. They wiped out EVERYTHING! They even unregistered my printer and laptop !
