My older windows 10 computer only contains empty folders for both network and mapping for the new HP PC with windows11. For some reason, the older one cannot access the newer one's files. However, I did everything the same way; the reciprocal is working though.
I was suggested to turn off the firewall and any third party defense services. I tried disable the HP Wolf Protection by "hard way" (using CMD). However, it's not working. Anyway, the problem of my older PC cannot access the newer's files may not be the Wolf problem. Anyway, when I was on the Wolf Protection setting mane, I happened to see this:
It indicates the CONNECTION STATUS has an error: about the HOST name??????
I'm not sure what tenant name, host name, device name,...etc. At first I named my new HP PC as PIANO, then Microsoft kicked in asking me to sign in and importing all the OneDrive stuff, then I saw that my desktop becomes my OneDrive account name upon starting the PC. What's what???? I'm so confused!!!
Please help and explain and clarify. Thanks
