Hi:
Your PC came with W10 64 bit.
Other than factory resetting your PC, the only suggestion I can offer would be to use the Microsoft media creation tool on another Windows PC to create bootable W10 installation media.

When you boot from the media and get to the Install Now screen, on the lower left corner of that screen will be a Repair this computer option.
You can try the various tools to fix the boot configuration problem.
Bootrec.exe from the command prompt would be your best bet.
