Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

we have tried everything we know. Let it die. Charge it all night. Hold the power. Alt f4 what everything he may have been in that was slowing him down. yeah I don't know. The caps lock keeps flickering 3 times, and  I know that's for some type of code so that's why I am letting you know. Thanks. Also BTW I put operating systems because I didn't know what else to put
