The computer can't find Windows 10 Pro

When I installed Debian 9.6.0 on the same harddisk as W10Pro in BIOS mode, It was impossible to start W10Pro. It seams to be the BIOS that is doing the problem, but I cannot install Debian in UEFI mode because I want to be able to run old games on W10Pro. If I install Debian in UEFI mode, it's impossible to go back to BIOS mode according to what Debian writes.

What I want to do is to be able to mount W10Pro . I haven't the W10Pro on a disk because I wasn't allowed to copy W10Pro. If it's not possible to mount W10Pro, I want to install a new W10Pro. But, I don't want to buy a new W10Pro.

What can I do that can solve this problem?J

If your PC originally came from HP with W10 Pro, you can reinstall W10 Pro free of charge like this...

You can make a W10 USB flash drive installer with the Microsoft Media Creation Tool, using an 8 GB flash drive using another Windows PC, if your PC is not working.

If you are asked to enter a product key during the installation process, select the 'I don't have a product key' option, and W10 will install and automatically activate once you are connected to the internet.

Here are the steps to create the W10 USB flash drive installer...

Select Download tool now, and select Run.

If you agree to the license terms, select Accept.

On the What do you want to do? page, select Create installation media for another PC, and then select Next.

Select the language, edition, and architecture (64-bit or 32-bit) for Windows 10. You want 64 bit.

Select which media you want to use:

USB flash drive. Plug in a blank USB flash drive with at least 8GB of space. Any content on the flash drive will be deleted.

Then you can reinstall the drivers and available software from the PC's support page.

Sorry, that it took so long to answer. I've had problems.

I can use Windows 10 now. But I even need a copy of W10Pro on a DVD+R DL now. The problem is that it was a time period of one month to download W10Pro. I couldn't do it in that time period. What happens when I have missed the time period. Can I still download W10Pro for free?

Yes, you can download W10 for free using the above link.

If you want to burn the file to a DVD, select the download ISO file instead of creating the bootable USB drive.

I thought that HP Support Community was for free. Am I right? If I'm not: I will not download W10Pro. Because I cannot pay any money. It's not the money that's the problem. It's that I can't use a credit card.

You do not have to pay to download W10 from the link I posted.

The W10 product key is in your PC's BIOS.  You do not need to buy a product key.
