HP Recommended
Product: HP Pavilion 20-b014 All-in-One Desktop PC

The computer is stuck in automatic HP repair loop.  I have watched all the videos and tried everything I could find online in an attempt to stop it.  Can anyone help???

How did this happen?  After a power surge?  After a Microsoft or HP update?  After installing some application?

Can you pass diagnostics?   Tap the ESC key after powering on then select F2.   is the disk drive ok?  Any errors?

 

Did you upgrade from 7 or 8 to windows 10 64bit?  If not then you will need your 7 or 8 DVD or USB media to do a repair instal.
