HP 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-d5000 (4V9X9AV)

A notification on my laptop randomly appeared and said The cooling fan in my device is not operating correctly. This problem happened at the end of my freshman year in college and since then through various calls and conversations with you company and amazon, I still haven't receive any help on this issue. I even was able to send it back where it was said if it wasn't fixed, I would get a replacement. When the laptop was sent back to me there were no changes. The same error message appeared across the screen like it was untouched. This occurred in the summer of 2024 causing me to go into my sophomore year of college without a computer to do my work on but instead from my phone. My Hp laptop has insurance and protection. The representees on the phone are rude and they don't try to assist me on this issue at all. Please help becasue I can't go into another year of college without a computer this is completely unfair no damage pr harm was done to the laptop on my end it's an internal issue, that only a specialist would know how to fix so If I could get assistance in this matter, I will greatly appreciate it.
