I tried to download the firmware chipset driver,
 
when I click to download and try to run the program, says failed to extract cab? sp76709.exe      does not work?
 
I am not sure how to contact HP there link is broken, for chipset download, now my computer wont go to sleep. 
 
this is the driver  I am trying to download that is not working

maybe you don't need this driver ..
So I tested, and indeed, I have the same error
However, I got around this with the 7-zip software
With the latter I extracted the file, so I have the folder SP76709
SetupChipset.exe WixlicenseNote. txt Mup.xml
Running the setup tells me that I have a newer version so I canceled, but if you want to try:

https://www.7-zip.fr/
