The inkcartridges get jammed and I have to physically move then and wiggle the bar. The warning light warns there is a cartridge jam and when I hit "dismiss", after physically moving them, sometimes it takes a couple of times to clear the warning. It has become very cumbersome to keep doing that over and over again. What can be done to clear it up?

Hi I would like to assist to the best of my ability to solve your problem.I hope the information i supply will be of help.

This sounds like the carriage bar is sticky or not moving smoothly.Try to clean the bar or rails and add a bit of oil on then.This can also be cause if the ink cleaning tray is not moving freely and might be sticky with old ink.Simply clean if possible and retry.Hope this will help.
