Critical error: Your Start Menu isn't working. We'll try to fix it the next time you sign in. Sign out for now. I have tried everthing the virtual chat advised me to try. It just won't work.

I reviewed your post and I understand that the start menu is not working on the computer.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
What is the operating system you are using?

Recently had the same problem with about 5 new HP Probook 600 workstations. Start menu stopped working after a while, and tried all recommended options. What fixed the issue for me was an uninstall og HP Sure Click. Fixed all issues in minutes! Hope this helps and hope HP fixes this
