Product: HP Engage One All-in-One System Model 145
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi Team,
After rolling back the BIOS update to version 02.40, I’m encountering the following error message upon reboot. I’ve verified that the correct .bin files are placed in the appropriate folders. Could you please assist in resolving this issue?
Model: HP Engage One AiO Model 145
The system is attempting a BIOS update, but it can't find the required BIN file (the binary file for the update). It's looking for it in one of the following folders:
- Hewlett-Packard\BIOS\New
- EFI\HP\BIOS\New
- Hewlett-Packard\BIOS\Previous
- EFI\HP\BIOS\Previous
