Hello everyone,
I've recently been getting a few blue screens and freezes on my HP Pavillion Desktop and I'm not quite sure how to fix them. I identified the issue by running a Windows Memory Diagnostic test and the results were "Your computer has a memory problem. Memory problems can cause your computer to lose information or stop working"

it is mentioned here, only one memory module
open the computer, following the usual precautions
check, if only one module, try the other memory slot
if still problems it may be necessary to replace the module not a compatible one
see the crucial site, this often gives good results
