HP Z840
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi, I have a issue where when a PC is booted up there is a post error saying "Thermal Sensor not Programmed". I have tried updating the Bios, and then removing poewer to the PC, but with no luck. The PC operates fine if you dismiss the error but the PC may be used in hotter environments, so we need to ensure it's fixed.

Thanks,

Chris

wrong forum, should be posted in busnieness and workstation Point of sale section . the z820 solution may also apply to the z840 (perform a bios update) go to the Z840 download page and see if a bios update exists
