I think Edmund talked to me but I didn't talk back. I am new so please bare with me. I need to know the changes in the BIOS in order for the recovery disk to be recognized. The following is a suggestion gave to me but I am not sure it is accurate. When I get to the area in the BIOS where it refers to the code (021) etc. I can't go any further, can't type anything in. Please help
-insert the Acronis Bootable Media DVD
-boot the computer in BIOS/UEFI
-disble secure boot (enabling legacy boot)from UEFI / BIOS
-set the boot priority to DVD
-reboot the computer from the Acronis Bootable Media USB
