Hi Everybody,
I'm wondering if it is time to upgrade my whole desktop system, or if I can eke more out of what I have.
HP ENVY Desktop - 750-524.
Can I upgrade to Windows 11 on this thing? Also, can I add another internal hard drive? How Big? Extra Ram? If so, how much?
I use it for local and online Office Functions almost exclusively. No gaming. It's an office tool. Thanks for the advice!

Welcome to our HP Community forum!
Well, consider this: your HP ENVY Desktop - 750-524 (Z5M39AA) as fitted with the Odense2-K motherboard (SSID: 82F1), can be upgraded with an i7-7700K, and if you got a 500-watt ATX power supply, you could pair this bad boy with a smaller-sized (dual fan) RTX 4060 graphics card, such as this purchase option: https://www.amazon.com/ASUS-DisplayPort-Axial-tech-Technology-Auto-Extreme/dp/B0CVPDY3HN/ref=sr_1_1?..., and a matching 2x16GB of DDR4 PC4-19200, 2400 MHz, Non-ECC, UDIMM, 288-pin RAM kit such as this quality/affordable dual-rank (2Rx8) Amazon purchase option: https://www.amazon.com/Timetec-PC4-19200-Non-ECC-Unbuffered-Computer/dp/B072R2X7CQ/ref=sr_1_5?crid=U....
Upgrade your primary (boot) drive with a high-quality SATA SSD, such as a 1TB Samsung 870 EVO: https://www.amazon.com/SAMSUNG-Inch-Internal-MZ-77E1T0B-AM/dp/B08QBJ2YMG/ref=sr_1_3?crid=2VC7EW11C2Y....
Of course, if you are not interested in upgrading your graphics card, scratch that.
Kind Regards,
