Product: Touch smart 610
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
As title says, I can't get the computer to boot from SUB. Had to replace the hard drive, and trying to reinstall windows 10. All settings are correct in BIOS as well.

I feel like an idiot. The reason it wasn't booting was because it was on a USB 3 drive. I should have remembered that some of the older BIOS can't see a USB 3 drive.
The drive was made using the Microsoft Media Creation Tool. All the files were accurate.
