Your PC does not support such an upgrade.

Only the PC's on the list at the link below can have the TPM 1.2 firmware updated to 2.0, which means you need t have at least a 600 G2 or newer.

If you were wanting to do this so you can install W11, even if your PC had a TPM 2.0 device, none of the processors supported in the model series meet Microsoft's minimum processor requirements of an Intel 8th generation core or newer processor.

If you are running W10 on the PC now, you can do an in-place upgrade from W10>W11, but you will have to use a workaround that bypasses the W11 hardware checks so you can.
