Greetings @Mohammed_Emad

Welcome to the HP Forum.

I'm not sure what is happening. Are you saving the BIOS settings and exiting the BIOS after enabling TPM?

It is very unusual to see BIOS settings change without user intervention.

It looks like your PC shipped with FreeDOS. Are you dual booting?

I am not familiar with FreeDOS.

A standard W11 install would require TPM enabled in the BIOS, a UEFI BIOS supporting Secure Boot, and a qualifying processor.

Your PC seems to meet all W11 requirements.

Regards
