HP Pavilion Desktop TP01-1114ple: Pavilion 6530
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a Canon PowerShot A3000 IS camera and a new HP Pavilion Desktop TP01-1114. I try to upload pictures from the camera to the computer, but I get "Import folder not found" message. I had no problem transferring pictures with my old computer. Both computers run Windows 10. Can anyone help me with this problem? Thank you for any help you can give me.

Do you use SD card or connect your camera to your machine directly ? Please use the following Guide

Thank you for the link. That is exactly the way I transferred photos from the camera to my old computer. But I don't know why I can't do the same with this computer. Any other suggestions short of Contacting Canon. I tried. That's a pain in the ____.

The specs of your computer is

It has memory card reader. You can pull the SD card on your camera and plug to the card reader and transfer photos that way.
