Product: Pavilion Slimline s5-1114
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I inherited this computer from my deceased brother-in-law and no one knows the admin username or password so I am unable to effectively use this computer because not knowing the password I am unable to update or install any software. I need to know the best way to proceed. It seems like everything I try requires the admin password which I do not have. I appreciate very much any responses. Thank you.

According to the Community's Rules of Participation:
