Started seeing first symptoms of corrupted or missing drivers when file explorer would not respond, whenever I would type into it it would not output. Then shortly after that, my gpu corrupted, I redownloaded those drivers for the GPU and it worked perfectly fine, however the file explorer was still not working, I finally decided that enough was enough and tried to clean install windows 11 with a USB stick. However, when installing windows on my machine, it said "no boot device found" and "there are missing drivers." I had proceeded to get the latest HP drivers, but the file was an .exe file and I needed the .dll file instead. Is there a link I am able to get to download the .dll or anyway you know how to resolve this?

Hi, @KienSullivan
AMD platforms should not need any special storage controller drivers in order for Windows to install.
After you run the hardware tests, and if the drive and memory pass the tests, I recommend that you use the HP cloud recovery tool which will create a bootable recovery drive that will reinstall Windows, the drivers and the software that originally came with your PC.
Here is an info link for how to use the utility...You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive to create the recovery media with.
HP Consumer PCs - Using the HP Cloud Recovery Tool in Windows 11 and 10 | HP® Customer Support
Since you will have to use the recovery tool on another PC, you will need to enter your PC's full product number in the tool's search window, which is 9EE29AA#ABA

The symptoms you see suggest a storage drive or a memory problem.
Run HP Diagnostics at startup. Start the PC. Tap "ESC".
Select "F2". Run system and component tests.
You may have to replace the primary storage drive or replace memory if this test indicates a problem.
Contact HP if you are in warranty.

I looked up GT13-0024 and it appears your product ID is 9EE29AA#aba
Please verify that 9EE29AA#aba ls your product ID.
If it is, then there is cloud recovery available
Go here to get the cloud recover. It will include all drivers and tools that came with your system. I assume you have backups of important documents.
