Product: INSPIRON zino HD
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
I tried multiple keyboards and mice but nothing works, usb ports are lighting up my led mouse and keyboard but it won't let me select the us keyboard layout.
Please help.

Your PC is made by Dell, not HP.
Unfortunately, we wouldn't be able to help you with that issue, so I suggest you post your question on the Dell Support forum -- Inspiron desktop PC's section...
