I've had my desktop for 9 months and just recently the pc is unable to detect the keyboard and mouse. I've restarted it, checked if any cables were loose, and things like that but i still can't find where the problem is coming from. How do i get my pc to detect my keyboard and mouse again?

Since you mentioned checking cables, I'm presuming both the keyboard and the mouse are wired, not WiFi, right?

Most desktops have a variety of USB ports, both on the front and on the back.

About all you can do is try different USB ports to see if you can get two that will work properly.
