@richpowers, can you check this website with the product or serial number of the unit.

Choose the country and the put in the product or serial number of the unit. You may find the recovery media.

If you require the "assistive technology" within Windows 10, you can upgrade for free to Windows 10:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-ca/accessibility/windows10upgrade
rather than reinstalling Windows 7.
Or, if you have a friend with the "retail" Windows 7 Home Premium DVD, you can use their DVD, and the 25-character license-key on the Microsoft decal on your computer, to reinstall Windows.
