You mean change in resolution? That's normal and happen when updating GPU driver. It only happens for 1-2sec then back to original. If you are stuck in low resolution then gpu driver installation is not proper. It's better to use ddu to uninstall current GPU driver and install latest Intel/nvidia/amd driver directly from their driver page instead of hp app.
