I have been trying to update from TPM 1.2 to TPM 2.0 but when ever i try to install it, it would just show a "Press f1 to agree/proceed " and when I would proceed, it would just skip right to booting with out the installation time/thingy. I did find a post/form on this website which game me the the steps i needed to do for the solution. The form said to downgrade the bios to a older version to install TPM 2.0 and then when TPM is upgraded, I can upgrade it back to the latest version (on bios v02.61 currently). But when ever I'm trying to down-grade the bios, the bios update that i installed from the Form is giving me the issue shown in the screen shot.
I tried to downgrade to the oldest bios update (there are only 2 bios version for my device) but its just a note pad with a bunch of "HP" things written on it(I downloaded it from official HP website and its only 0.7 mb).
before upgrading bios, it was a bios version from 2017.
This is the form i found that gave me the steps to my solution:
