I am upgrading my personal home computer and, while the system is very fast, I get delays with web page loading. I went into the bios to see if I could turn off HP Smart Click. Couldn't find it in bios so decided to turn off TPM to see what that would do.
Now I can't get past the boot screen where I see that i requested TPM be turned off and now I need to Press F1 to accept or F2 t reject. Neither key does anything and all I can do is force power off and restart to the same screen.
I remember in the bios something about a code to enable/disable.
Is that what's involved here?

Thanks for the document info. I finally used chat to talk to HP support and managed to get my system fixed.
I believe the fix was disconnecting all of my drives and then using the 'yellow button' on the motherboard to reset the cmos.
