Turning on virtualization (help me)

Im on hp setup and utillity trying to turn or vtx and its not possible my arrow keys wont work i’ve litterally tried everything insted of the words being white there grey help me out please im trying to use an emulator

I belive its the 2015 bio if im not wrong the one thats all blue and white

yes under system security 

enable it and press f10 to save the settings

Thats the thing insted of it being white and me being able to anble it its grey and i cant enable it
