Hi @KRAP1,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

To update your HP Pavilion All-in-One - 24-r014 from Windows 10 (64-bit) to Windows 11, here’s what you need to know and do:

1. Check Windows 11 Compatibility

Your PC must meet these minimum Windows 11 requirements:

  • Processor: 1 GHz or faster with 2 or more cores on a compatible 64-bit processor
  • RAM: 4 GB or more
  • Storage: 64 GB or more
  • Firmware: UEFI, Secure Boot capable
  • TPM: Trusted Platform Module (TPM) version 2.0
  • Graphics card: Compatible with DirectX 12 or later with WDDM 2.0 driver
  • Display: >9” with HD resolution

🔧 To check automatically:

  1. Download and run the PC Health Check Tool from Microsoft.
  2. It will tell you if your PC can run Windows 11.

2. Enable TPM and Secure Boot (if required)

If the tool says TPM or Secure Boot is not enabled:

  1. Restart your computer and enter the BIOS/UEFI (usually by pressing Esc, F10, or Del on startup).
  2. Enable TPM (may be listed as "PTT" or "fTPM") and Secure Boot.
  3. Save and exit BIOS.

3. Update Windows

If your PC is compatible:

  • Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update
  • Click Check for Updates
  • If Windows 11 is offered, you’ll see an Upgrade to Windows 11 option.
  • Click Download and install.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
