Hi @KRAP1,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.
To update your HP Pavilion All-in-One - 24-r014 from Windows 10 (64-bit) to Windows 11, here’s what you need to know and do:
1. Check Windows 11 Compatibility
Your PC must meet these minimum Windows 11 requirements:
- Processor: 1 GHz or faster with 2 or more cores on a compatible 64-bit processor
- RAM: 4 GB or more
- Storage: 64 GB or more
- Firmware: UEFI, Secure Boot capable
- TPM: Trusted Platform Module (TPM) version 2.0
- Graphics card: Compatible with DirectX 12 or later with WDDM 2.0 driver
- Display: >9” with HD resolution
🔧 To check automatically:
- Download and run the PC Health Check Tool from Microsoft.
- It will tell you if your PC can run Windows 11.
2. Enable TPM and Secure Boot (if required)
If the tool says TPM or Secure Boot is not enabled:
- Restart your computer and enter the BIOS/UEFI (usually by pressing Esc, F10, or Del on startup).
- Enable TPM (may be listed as "PTT" or "fTPM") and Secure Boot.
- Save and exit BIOS.
3. Update Windows
If your PC is compatible:
- Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update
- Click Check for Updates
- If Windows 11 is offered, you’ll see an Upgrade to Windows 11 option.
- Click Download and install.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
