Recently ordered a Windows Recovery USB drive and attempted to do a recovery on an HP22 AIO. Everything looked like it was going well until finally the process ended with a failed to recover error. I have run full onboard diagnostic test on the hard drive and memory and both passed successfully. Several attempts have yielded the same result. Any suggestions out there?

If the recovery media didn't work, the only suggestion I can offer would be to clean install W10 by making a bootable USB installation flash drive with the Media creation tool.
After W10 has completed installing you can install the drivers and available software from your PC's support page.
