Dear All,
I cannot access any usb flash stick or cdrom in my HP falling under protected by sure start desktop with windows 10 operating system. Whenever i insert any usb memory or any cd or dvd my windows shows the labels and total space like 800mb for any cd rom or 16gb used from 32 gb from Usb memory stick but when i try to open it gives error the device is not accessible. It seems that the cd or dvd roms are disabled in the system.
Same thing happens when i try to boot windows from any cd or bootable usb and it doesn't boot from both of them but shows both information in bios.
Is there any restrictions to make them enabled?
