HP all-in-one 20-c2011a
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hello,

I have been trying to install Windows 7 on an HP all-in-one desktop computer ( 20-c2011a).

All went well until after the final restart to use either the mouse or keyboard to input the "Enter" response.  Both the  USB Keyboard  as well as the USB Mouse became unresponsive at that point, hence preventing the installation from completing.

The question  is why this happened, and what can I do to overcome this problem?

Thanks in advance.

Andy

@karatech,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Are you able to boot to Windows now?

How did you reinstall Windows?

I recommend you follow the steps in the below article to perform a recovery on the computer and check if it helps.
