Hello once again! I am impressed you don't give up hehehe. OK I went and bought and new USB Cruser memory stick last night and it did normal bing but no view. all my SanDisk USB sticks and no have 6 and only one reads normal. I went to SanDisk website under support and they had a area for sticks that connect but not visible in File Explorer but they have you go to My PC /Manage / storage / disk management / yes their they all show up and unable. That is a strange way to get to my USB memory sticks but works. The problem then has to be hardware/software. The USB sticks all say Fat32 Healthy primary partition) and large external drive also works and shows NTFS Healthy (primary partition). I am hoping maybe a corrupted REG file.
Thanks again for your determination. Tim

@tjcoy747 Thanks and likewise, I appreciate your persistence as well 😉
That said, you are right about this being a corrupted file, which is why our next step is to either create a new user account and check if that works, and/or create a backup of all your personal data and perform a windows reset using the steps mentioned in this link: Click here
