How do I obtain the UUID of an HP DL380?

Here is an online UUID indentifier that may solve your problem.  It will give you Version1 UUID and Version 4 UUID.

Hi Old geekster. Thankyou for this information. I am not trying to create a new UUID. I am trying to find out what the esixitng UUID is on a DL380.

Thank you for the additional information, @Treebeard1.  Sorry for the error.

I found my UUID by using "regedit" in Win 10.  It may be a bit different for your Windows version.  You have to be very careful not to make changes, but looking will not cause problems.  Here is how I found it:

Run/regedit/HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/INextUUID
