I'm trying to add my new HP Omen I received about 2-3 weeks ago to my HP Support dashboard. Unfortunately, when I enter the serial number (which was on the label of the PC box it was shipped in, as well as letting HP's utility run and pull it from the PC directly) - I keep getting an error saying check the serial number is correct.
Can someone help me add this to my HP account?

- Verify Format: HP serial numbers are typically alphanumeric and are 10-12 characters long. Double-check for typos, and ensure the label's serial number matches what the HP utility has detected.
Use the HP Support Assistant:
- Install HP Support Assistant: If you haven’t already, download and install the HP Support Assistant from HP's website.
- Register Device via HP Support Assistant: Once installed, the Support Assistant can automatically detect your device and add it to your HP account, bypassing the need to enter the serial number manually.
