Unable to Connect HP V193 monitor with second screen only option in windows 11

Im able to Extend and duplicate my windows in external monitor but unable to use as only as second screen it throws error as

Input Signal Out of Range!
Current Settings: H=67.5kHz V=60Hz
Change Settings to 1366x768 - 60Hz

• Adjust the resolution setting for the second monitor to 1366x768. This should match the recommended resolution mentioned in the error.

Enter Safe Mode to Adjust Resolution:

• Restart your computer.
• Before Windows starts, press and hold the F8 key until the Advanced Boot Options screen appears.
• Select Safe Mode.
• Once in Safe Mode, adjust the resolution to a value supported by the monitor.

Graphics Driver Update:

• Ensure your graphics drivers are up to date. You can check for updates in Device Manager:
