@AA081,

Thanks for reaching out to the HP Support Community! 🎉

I’m here to help you troubleshoot your issue and get things back on track. Just follow these steps below, and we’ll have you running smoothly in no time:

  • Restart your PC, enter BIOS, and check if your bootable drive is listed. If not, try switching the boot order to prioritize the USB drive.
  • Use the Windows Media Creation Tool on another PC to make a fresh bootable USB drive.
  • Plug the bootable drive into a different USB port (preferably a USB 2.0 port) and restart your PC.
  • In BIOS, disable Secure Boot and try booting from your USB drive again.
  • Ensure that the hard drive is properly detected in BIOS. If not, check the SATA/IDE configuration or reseat the drive.
  • If you still can’t access the bootable drive, you may need to try using the advanced startup options in Windows, such as "Repair your computer" from the Windows recovery environment.
  • If the issue persists, try using a different USB stick or port on your computer.
  • If none of the above step's work, there may be a deeper issue with your PC's motherboard, storage, or other hardware components.

I’m pretty confident this will do the trick! But hey, if you run into any bumps along the way or need a little extra help, just give me a shout! I’ve got your back. 💪
