Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I am using windows 10 and my PC is on the loop of automatic restoration and it isn't diagnosing.
I am unable to recover on recovery manager.
What must I do.

Hi:
If none of the built in recovery options are working, see if your PC is supported by the HP cloud recovery tool.
http://support.hp.cloud-recovery.s3-website-us-west-1.amazonaws.com/
If it is, use another Windows PC, and a 32 GB USB flash drive to create a bootable USB recovery drive using the cloud recovery tool.
